Bids

The Board recently began construction on an upgrade to the Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project began in May 2008 and should be complete within 12 months. The Total cost of the upgrade is $2.1 Million. The Board accepted bids on a lift station and outfall line for the plant October 8th, 2008. The Creel Company obtained the low bid in the amount of $258,000.  Construction on this lift station should begin in the upcoming month.  The Board awarded Construction Labor Services the outfall line bid in the amount of $444,000 at its November Board meeting.  All plant construction should be complete by April 2009.  Please contact Goodwin Mills and Cawood for details on any of these projects.
